About The Event:
New to meditation?
Join our weekly meditation session designed for you, especially for beginners! Happening every Monday at 4 PM & Saturday 8 AM onwards at Namma Ashram, Whitefield.
This session will quiet your mind, ease stress, and boost focus-no experience or fancy gear required.
The Twin Heart Meditation, introduced by Master Choa Kok Sui, is a 21-minute guided meditation on loving-kindness and peace.
This meditation is easy to follow – just follow along at your own pace and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more centred. Find a community to do your weekly regular meditations at Namma Ashram community space.
