About The Event:
WHO ARE YOU WITHOUT YOUR TITLES?
In everyday life, we carry various roles and responsibilities—"Director," "Manager," "Achiever," "Entrepreneur," "Parent," or "Homemaker." We often start identifying so deeply with these labels that life becomes a heavy performance. We forget the silence that exists beneath the noise.
This April, join us for Ananda Kriya, a meditation experience designed to help you drop the performance and reclaim your state of infinite bliss.
The Experience:
This is not a typical yoga class. It is a specifically curated 60-minute methodology that moves you from the chaos of the city into the depth of your own stillness. We use a proprietary sequence of:
- Purification: Balancing the nervous system to move from "doing" to "being."
- Activation: Using powerful breathwork to clear stagnant physical and mental energy.
- Vibration: A deep immersion into sound to bypass the thinking mind.
- The Void: A period of profound, guided stillness.
Why Join? This is a manual "reset button" for your nervous system. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and grounded in a state of "Ananda" (Bliss) that lasts long after the session ends.
No prior experience is required. Just a willingness to be still and show up as you aređź’š
All ritual materials (paper/pens) are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat; otherwise we have a limited number of mats are available at the venue on a first-come basis. What to Expect:
